When, from time to time, publications appear in the media about the miraculous healing from deadly diseases, a skeptical smile appears on the faces of doctors and scientists. Even when it comes to an indisputable fact, confirmed by modern research methods, official medicine rejects them, or tries to explain a patient’s sudden cure by mistake in the made diagnosis.
However, American geneticist Bruce Lipton claims that by using true faith, by the power of thought alone, is a person truly capable of healing from any disease. And there’s no mystery to that.
Lipton’s research has shown that directed psychic activity has the ability to alter the genetic code of an organism!
Genes are under the control of human faith
For many years, Bruce Lipton specialized in the field of genetic engineering, successfully defended his doctoral dissertation, and authored several studies. All this time, Bruce Lipton, like many geneticists and biochemists, believed that man was a kind of bio-robot whose life obeys the program written in his genes.
From this point of view, genes determine virtually everything: appearance, ability and temperament, predisposition to certain diseases, and lastly, length of life. No one can change their personal genetic code, all we have to do is reconcile that everything is predetermined by nature.
The turning point in Dr. Lipton’s views began in the late 1980s, when he conducted experiments to study cell membrane behavior. Until then, it was thought in the science that it was the genes found in the cell nucleus that determined what would pass through the membrane and what would not. However, Lipton’s experiments have shown that external influences on a cell can influence the behavior of genes and even alter their structure.
All that remains is to understand whether it is possible to do such changes by psychic processes, or in other words, by thought – by faith.
“Actually, I didn’t invent anything new,” says Dr. Lipton. – For centuries, doctors have known the placebo effect – when they give a patient a neutral substance, claiming it to be a cure. As a result, it turns out that these substances have a healing effect. But, strangely enough, there is still no scientific explanation for this phenomenon.
My discovery allows me to give this explanation: by believing in the healing power of medication, man alters impending processes in his organism, at the molecular level. It can “turn off” some genes, force others to “turn on”, even change the genetic code.
After that, I remembered various cases of miraculous healing. Doctors always rejected them. But even if only one such incident occurred, he had to make the doctors wonder about its nature

Academic science has taken Bruce Lipton’s views on the knife. However, he continued his research, during which he indirectly proved that without any medication, it is possible to influence the genetic system of the organism.
The scientific direction, which studies the influence of external influences on the genetic code, has been called “Epigenetics”.
Still, the main influences that can change the state of our health, Lipton believes is the power of thought – not what is happening around us, but within us.
“It has long been known that two people may have the same genetic predisposition for cancer,” Lipton says. – But in one the disease appeared and in the other – no. Why? Because they lived in different ways: one was more likely to experience stress than the other; they had different confidence and self-awareness, different thoughts.
Today, I can claim that we are able to manage our biological nature; that we can influence our genes through thought, faith and aspiration.
The big difference between man and other beings on Earth is that a man can change his body, heal from deadly diseases, and even release hereditary diseases, giving him a psychic mechanism to the body. We do not need to be a victim of our genetic code and life circumstances at all.
Believe that you can be cured – and you will be cured of any disease. At first glance, everything is simple. But only at first glance
Consciousness is not enough.
If everything were so simple, most people would easily solve all health problems by saying simple mantras like, “I can cure this disease.” “I believe my body is able to heal” …
But none of this happens, and as Lipton explains, it cannot happen if the psychic mechanism has penetrated only into the realm of consciousness, which devotes only 5% of our psychic activities, without the influence of the remaining 95% – the subconscious. Simply put, only individuals who have believed in the possibility of self-healing through the power of their brains actually really believe in it – and that is why they succeed. Most at the subconscious level deny such a possibility.
More precisely: their subconscious, which works, essentially, on an automatic level and controls all processes in our body, negates such a possibility. In doing so, it (again at the automatic level) is usually guided by the principle that the likelihood that something supernatural will happen to us is much less than the further course of events under the worst case scenario.
According to Lipton, this is how our subconscious begins to adjust in early childhood, from birth to the age of six, when the most significant events, intentionally or accidentally uttered words of adults, punishments, traumas, form the “experience of consciousness” and finally – the personality of man . At the same time, the very nature of our psyche is designed so that everything bad that happens to us is stored in the subconscious much easier than remembering pleasant and joyful events.
As a result, the “experience of consciousness” in the vast majority of people is 70% “negative” and only 30% “positive”. Thus, to truly succeed in self-healing, it is necessary, at least, to reverse this relationship to the contrary. Only in this way can the barriers, subconsciously established in the path of invasion of the power of our faith in cellular processes and the genetic code, be broken.
